Terms and Conditions


  1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  2. Only enrolled participants can attend classes.
  3. Alternative payment terms can be arranged with Centre Manager for those experiencing financial difficulties.
  4. A full refund will be given if we cancel a class. All refunds will be made via cheque or credit note.
  5. If you withdraw from a class you will be refunded minus a $10 administration fee. A $10 administration fee will apply to any transfers.
  6. Withdrawals less than 7 days prior to the start of an activity will not be eligible for a refund/credit/transfer unless accompanied by a medical certificate. Refunds will only be in the form of a cheque or credit note.
  7. A copy of the Grievance Resolution policy is available on the website or from the office.
  8. Students advised that they may be contacted at a later date by our funding bodies and surveyed in relation to their satisfaction with government funded courses at Yarrunga.


 

Need childcare?


Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (during school terms only).

Yarrunga runs a licensed occasional childcare service for class attendees and those just needing a break. Places should be booked and paid for a whole term in advance or may be booked casually week-to-week if places are available. Please book early as a waiting list applies.

Class attendee rates: $6.80 for the first hour + $3.20 per extra hour (or part thereof) $26.00 maximum per session for a family attending a class

Occasional care: $37.00 per 5 hour session & $26.00 for additional children. Cheaper if enrolled by the term! $34.00 & $24.00 respectively.
