Living Longer Living Stronger is a very popular weights based class for men and women aged 45+ which improves bone density along with many other health benefits. Come along to an introductory session to find out more about strength training and weight bearing exercise. 30/30 workout for seniors is another great way to improve bone density and health. Yoga, tai chi and pilates are offered as low impact ways to improve your health, wellbeing and posture. If you want to pump up the health benefits for your heart try cardio boxing or 30/30 workout! No previous experience is necessary for any of our classes, however medical forms are required to be completed for some classes prior to starting.
